Who Creates and Edits Dashboards?

The ability to create dashboards is controlled by the Manage Dashboard privilege, which is managed by the administrator.

Dashboard editing, which is performed in the "Dashboard builder," is allowed for users with the appropriate permissions and privileges to the dashboard and to objects that can be added to a dashboard page.
