Use this panel of the "BI Composer wizard" to select the columns that are to be included in the analysis. You can also:

Components
Subject Area: Subject_Area_Name
Displays the subject area from which to select columns to be included in the analysis.
Use this area to select a column to add to the analysis. To do so, expand the subject area folder that contains the column that you want, select the column, and then click Add.
To manage a subject area folder, right-click the folder to display the following options:
Collapse — Use this option to collapse the selected folder.
Expand — Use this option to expand the selected folder.
Expand All Below — Use this option to expand all folders below the selected folder.
Collapse All Below — Use this option to collapse all folders below the selected folder.
Show As Top — This option is not supported for BI Composer.

Add
This button is available only if one or more subject areas are available and you have permission to access them.
Use this button to display the "Add/Remove Subject Areas dialog," from which you can add or remove subject areas.
Selected Columns
Displays the columns that have been added to the analysis.
To:
Change a column name or specify a formula for a column, select the column and click Column Properties to display the "Column Properties dialog for BI Composer."
Specify what happens when you click either the column heading or a column value in the column or hierarchy level, select one of the following options in the Interaction list for the column:
Default — Specifies what happens by default when you click the column heading or a value. The default depends what is defined in the Oracle BI repository.
Drill — Specifies that you drill up or down after clicking the column heading or a value.
Navigate to Transaction — Invokes an action (called a Contextual Event action) that passes the row context to the ADF page when you click the column heading or a value.

None — Specifies that nothing happens when you click the column heading or a value. This option turns off drilling for attribute columns; it does not turn off drilling for hierarchical columns.
Hide a column in the view, select the Hidden box for the column.
Remove a column from the list, select the column and click Remove.
Remove all columns from the list, click Remove All.
Note: Interaction is for column values only. However, you can drill on column headings as well. Drill is the default behavior for column headings. |
Add
Use this button to add the column selected in the Subject Area: Subject_Area_Name list to the Selected Columns list.
Remove
Use this button to remove the selected column from the Selected Columns list.
Remove All
Use this button to remove all columns from the Selected Columns list.
Up and Down Arrows
Use these buttons to reorder the columns in the list and, thus, change the order of the columns in the analysis.
